FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. This offer is exclusive to recipients of the promotional email and should not be shared or published. Excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Customers who purchase all STARBUCKS core products between 01.10.25 and 31.12.25 will qualify for the offer of a free starter kit for each seasonal campaign in 2026. The offer will be applied automatically to customer accounts when the necessary purchases have been made by 31.12.25.
3. In the event of any of the qualifying orders being cancelled for any reason, whatsoever, the offer may be deemed null and void and the complimentary items withdrawn.
4. All qualifying orders must be placed via The We Proudly Serve Starbucks® Coffee Programme for your business, or your usual customer portal. The offer is available to new and existing UK, CI & IoM Nestlé Professional customers who purchase the required number and type of products as outlined below within the stated time period. The complimentary gifts will be despatched from 26.01.26, subject to availability, whilst stocks last. In the event of out of stock of the stated complimentary gifts an alternative of equal or greater value will be offered. There will be no cash or other alternative available in lieu of the stated items in the event of out of stocks.
To qualify for the offer customers are required to make the following purchases between 01.10.25 and 31.12.25. Purchases outside of the stated promotion period will not count towards this offer:

5. Maximum of one (1) offer per customer throughout the duration of the promotion, subject to availability, whilst stock last. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
6. No cash or other alternative available in lieu of the stated items, except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative item(s) of equal or greater value.
7. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any user found to be attempting to by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
8. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9. At all times during the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to perform internal checks relating to the participant to ensure the integrity of the promotion.
10. Those ordering and making claims on behalf of a company or business must be authorised to do so.
11. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of orders where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, you may receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if there are any issues with your order. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded.
12. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts.
13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
