These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1.           This offer is exclusive to specially selected customers in the UK only and should not be shared or published. Excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.     

2.           Customers who purchase any of the STARBUCKS products listed for delivery between 11.12.25 and 31.12.25 will qualify for 25% discount paid as a rebate. The offer will be applied automatically to customer accounts when the necessary purchases/deliveries have been made by no later than 31.12.25. 

3.           In the event of any of the qualifying orders being cancelled for any reason, whatsoever, the offer may be deemed null and void and the offer withdrawn. 

4.           All qualifying orders must be placed via https://weproudlyservestarbucks.com/gb/cp, or your usual customer portal. The offer is  avail able to specially selected new and existing UK, Nestlé Professional customers who purchase the required number and type of products as outlined below within the stated time period.   

To qualify for the offer customers are required to make any of the following purchases for delivery between 11.12.25 and 31.12.25. Purchases outside of the stated promotion period will not count towards this offer: 

  • STARBUCKS Toffee Nut Syrup (6 x 1Ltr) SKU 12535341
  • Hot Cups 16oz 1000 pieces SKU 12591915
  • Hot Cups 12oz 1000 pieces SKU 12415082
  • Hot Cups 8oz 1000 pieces SKU 12591895

 

The offer is not available on the purchase of any other items. Qualifying customers are required to make their claim for the 25% rebate via their Nestlé Professional Account Manager. All such rebates must be claimed and paid by no later than 30.06.2026. The discount funding will be given in the form of a rebate, claimed from Nestlé Professional when making payment for invoiced goods. Any claims after this date will be deemed void.

5.           Maximum of one (1) offer per customer throughout the duration of the promotion, subject to availability, whilst stock last. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively.     

6.           No cash or other alternative available in lieu of the stated offer, except in the event of circumstances beyond its control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value. 

7.           The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend any user found to be attempting to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts, using multiple identities or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. 

8.           In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

9.           At all times during the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to perform internal checks relating to the participant to ensure the integrity of the promotion. 

10.        Those ordering and making claims on behalf of a company or business must be authorised to do so.

11.        This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount and is not applicable to any other products than those listed in Clause 4 above.

12.        Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of orders where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, you may receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if there are any issues with your order. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded.

13.        The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participants’ local courts . 

14.        If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
